• Local Network Access (Required): The Application requires access to your local network solely to discover and communicate with supported audio devices (such as Bose SoundTouch speakers) via DLNA/UPnP or other local protocols. No network data leaves your home network.
• Location Services (Optional): The Application does not track your physical location. By default, location permission is not requested. However, if you choose to access certain local network features (such as reading the current Wi-Fi network name), iOS requires location permission to be granted. This permission is strictly optional, and the Application functions normally without it.

3. Third-Party Services

The Application does not incorporate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. Your usage remains completely private.

4. Children's Privacy

Because the Application does not collect personally identifiable information, it inherently complies with privacy laws regarding the protection of children under 13.
